This page is a guide to help incoming students prepare to attend McPherson College and is a resource to find information related to the Enrollment Process, Billing, Housing, Check-in, and Orientation schedules.

Accepted Students

Congratulations on your acceptance to MC. Your next step is to submit your deposit. Once you submit your deposit you will follow the section below to start the enrollment process.

  • Deposit
    General students: $150. ($100 is applied to your student account. Fully refundable until June 1.)
    Automotive Restoration students: $250. ($200 is applied to your student account. Non-refundable.)
    International students: $500. (Fully refundable until June 1.)
  • FAFSA
    Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

  • Your check in time is determined by the first letter of your last name.
  • The Circle Drive is where you will check in with Admissions and finish any necessary paperwork.
  • The Residence Hall is where you will check in if you are living in campus housing.

Family Zooms

During Summer 2025, we will host virtual opportunities to connect with McPherson College prior to your arrival. Each session will cover unique information on areas that will help you prepare to arrive in the fall. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions.

Look for an email invitation to each session. Students and families are encouraged to attend. All dates are 7pm central time.

Student Affairs Information

  • What do I bring?
    Some students bring minimal items to campus and feel right at home. Others coordinate colors with their roommate and decorate to a designer’s standards.

    Residence tour, descriptions, room dimensions and FAQ. Housing and roommate assignments will be made by mid-July and will students will be notified by email.

  • Campus Safety
    McPherson College is a safe place to live and learn. All residential areas have professional staff and student resident assistants who serve as an on-call system to respond to any student need or situation. We have strong community relationships with the McPherson Police and Fire Department, and first responders are just minutes away.
  • Health & Counseling Services
    Free and confidential mental and physical health services are available for students through Partners in Family Care and Client-Centered Counseling.
  • Career Services
    Looking for on-campus employment? On-campus jobs open in Handshake on July 15. To sign-up as a student in Handshake, download the Handshake app via your device app store, or go to www.joinhandshake.com, and use your Bulldog email address.   • Campus Store
    The campus store is the mailroom and swag central for McPherson College. All students living on campus will have a mailbox in the campus store.  Packages are delivered here, including books ordered online. The campus store maintains a selection of McPherson apparel: t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, and more! The campus store is located in the basement of the Student Union, directly underneath the cafeteria.
